Photo Scanning
Are you worried about important family photos deteriorating in sticky, non-archival quality albums or getting lost in hundreds of photo envelopes? Need a more presentable way to share and organize your photos over the internet?
When you contact us, we pick up your whole photo collections, sort it into an archive by year and event. Next we scan your collection with custom file names. Finally return your organized originals with the digital versions saved online, to an USB, external hard drive or directly to your computer. You will have your priceless photo archive preserved and ready to share or create books, slideshows and more.
Half Day Photo Print Sorting & scan
Your three hour time slot is customized to your needs. We will organize photos to scan or if you pre-sort, we are able to scan more photos within the 3 hour time frame.
• We make arrangements to collect your items.
• File name/date, jpg or tiff images, numbering, up to 600 dpi.
• Saved on archival quality disk or EHD and 30 days of cloud storage included.
• 500-750 loose print photos scanned (*final count varies for each client)
$400 -- 3-4 hours of scanning/sorting or both
If travel time is over 30 minutes each way a travel charge of $25 is added.
Slide Scanning
Do your parents have a closet full of slide carousels? Is the word ‘slide’ a dirty word in your house? Ever hear stories about your parents traveling to far off places yet you’ve never seen the pictures to prove it?

Video & Tape Conversion Pricing
Film Conversion Pricing:
8mm, Super 8 and 16mm film - .35 per foot saved as MP4
Includes prepping, cleaning and basic color correction, saved as MP4 file. Film with sound is an additional $10 per 50 ft. External hard drive is available if provided by client or purchased by Pixelwinx
Tape Conversion Pricing:
Up to 120 minutes $30 per tape saved as MP4
Additional media delivery options:
